Nails this week are inspired by Anastasia over at Glamorable. She's a master, though, so mine didn't turn out *quite* as great... haha! Here's a look at hers:
So cute, right?? Don't get your hopes up for mine.. lol! |
Ok... maybe the problem comes from the fact that I didn't even try to get any instructions, I just winged it. I applied a white coat then tried to freehand something similar with red, then green, then black, then white (dots).
And here's what I used:
* China Glaze Strong Adhesion Base Coat Sally Hansen Insta-Dry in Whirlwind White (brush is so awkward, impossible to apply neatly) * Julep in Natasha * Julep in Payton * Chanel in Black Satin * Out the Door |
They didn't turn out toooo bad. If I had been more patient before applying the top coat and hadn't smeared them to death, they would have been a million times better! Patience?? Ain't nobody got time for dat! LOL!
* Contains my referral link for Julep Maven service. Use code FREEMAVEN or FREEBOX to get your first box for only the $4 cost of shipping!!
I think they good great. I love floral print. I wish I had the patience to do this on my nails. What tools did you use to do the flowers?
ReplyDeleteThanks girl! OMG, it really took no time, like 15 minutes. That's why I had smears! LOL! I freehanded everything except the little white center dots at the end and I used a cocktail toothpick for those. I really thought it looked better/neater without those so if you skipped that part you'd need no tools at all! Go for it!! :)
DeleteU did a great job... very cute nail art.. !!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Thank you! I need LOTS of practice but I feel like nails get a LITTLE easier every time! :D
