Blush Beauty Mystery Box August Review

Ok.... get ready. It's another awesome month from Dermstore's Blush Beauty Mystery Box!! This subscription is officially my third favorite (behind PopSugar and Ipsy) and I LOVE it again this month!! It was even more fun because I didn't peek (for once) and it was a total surprise!!

This subscription costs $35 for a one time purchase or $25/month with subscription ($26.45 with tax to Kentucky) and contains $100+ of beauty products. Each month has a guest curator. This month's box was curated by Liz Franz, editor-in-chief of Dermstore.com, blush.com and HairEnvy.com and a "beauty junkie to the core." Let's get to it!

Here's first looks:

And the breakdown!

Mor Emporium Hand Cream in Snow Gardenia, $20 -  This brand is new to me! I love the black and gold fancy packaging and the smell is intensely floral in a way I love, kind of like my beloved Flowerbomb perfume!

Philip B. Maui Wowie Beach Mist, $22 - Eh, I've gotten SO MANY salt type sprays, kind of over it. I can't really use them on my hair but my girls love playing with them! They will be excited to have a new one to try! :)

Eminence Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant, $5 - Interesting, this stuff is in powder form! It's supposed to be used daily to exfoliate gently and unclog and tighten pores. Excited to try it!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Lash Genius Waterproof Top Coat, $12 - This is applied over any mascara to make it waterproof. I always wind up with smudges, so all of my mascaras are already waterproof, but I will be using this ASAP! I hope it's as fabulous as the few reviews on Amazon say it is!!

Vapour Organic Beauty Elixir Lip Gloss in Hush, $20 -
Love the idea of organic on the lips!

Pixi Beauty Endless Silky Eye Pen in #2 Black Blue, $15 - I ran straight to the bathroom to try this one! I LOVE myself some liquid eyeliner and this pencil felt and looked basically like a liquid! And I'm excited to have a color that's a little bit different!

Coola SPF 30 Face Classic Sunscreen, sample - Eh, again like the beach spray, I've gotten SO MUCH sunscreen and, now that it's August, I don't really need anymore to add to the excess pile. I'm sure I'll use it eventually. Interesting that J. Crew sells this brand?!

Carita Paris Masque Biologique, $26 - I almost didn't even look up a price for this little tube so imagine my surprise when I did and the stuff prices out at $90 for 1.7 ounces, making this 1/2 tube worth $26! Yikes. I love a good mask! I'll be using this one ASAP (and expecting miracles! LOL)

Alchimie Rejuvenating Eye Balm, Sample - always excited to try eye products!

Airbrush Eye Cream, Sample - I just finished using up my sample of this from last month's box, so I was happy to get another one! It's a good, basic eye cream!

So this month's box cost me $26 and contained $120+ worth of product. Another month of high value and I'm super stoked about it. You can read my reviews of past months here: July, June, May

If you are interested in trying the Blush Beauty subscription service, let me know! I can send you an e-mail invite and you and I will each get a $10 coupon when you sign up! Win-win!! This month's box is still available for a one-time purchase of $34.95, which is still quite a bargain! :D
